Your email signature is created for you and follows specific guidelines as set out below. It is part of our Terms of Use that you must follow these guidelines at all times.

The basic HTML for the above signature is available here. If you understand HTML and have an appropriate editor, feel free to use this page to create your own email signature.

Important Don’t forget to follow the guidelines as set out in the image above. Adding additional ways to contact you such as Skype ID, WhatsApp can be a good idea depending on the market in which you operate.

How do I edit my email signature

As with all HTML elements, care must be taken if you need to edit your signature. If you prefer, simply send the edit details to [email protected] and a new signature will be created and a link sent to you via email.

How do I insert my email signature in other email clients?

You can easily copy and paste your email signature into other email client software running on your desktop, tablet or other mobile device. The signature is pure (and simple) HTML and should be compatible with all platforms and email clients.
