Help us to help you
The aim of any recruiter is to ensure that their candidates are assessed as soon as possible in order to provide a feedback loop and maintain both contact and interest. To ensure that Carter Wellington has everything we need, and to minimise delays and requests for further information, we have designed the recruitment partner interface.
Step 1 – Basic Groundwork
Please take note of the following:
- All candidates submitted for a position must have been sourced ethically in compliance with any and all data privacy legislation applicable in both the source country and the destination country.
- All candidates submitted for a position must have been interviewed by the recruitment partner. Please note that a summary of this conversation will be required prior to any candidate being progressed to our client. Details of how this is done are available further in this document.
- All candidates submitted for a position must have expressed genuine interest and agreed to our representation when being put forward for consideration.
- Provide as much detail as possible. A cover sheet is often requested separately and must be completed by the recruitment partner. If a coversheet is requested and provided on the relevant job order, it will be submitted to the client so the information contained is vitally important.
Under no circumstances should a coversheet be sent to a candidate for completion.
Step 2 – Preparing the Candidate File
To correctly submit your candidate you will require the following:
- A copy of the candidate’s resume in .pdf .doc or .docx format.
- Details obtained during interview such as:
- Nationality
- Address / Location
- Current Salary
- Current Benefits
- Expected Salary
- Specialities (areas of expertise) and what area they are most interested in
- Availability date (when available to start)
- What they are looking for – their ideal role
- Confirmation that they are able to communicate effectively in ENGLISH unless advised otherwise for a specific job order
