The Dashboard

Your Dashboard provides an overview of everything you need to know to manage your day.

Please note The dashboard is made up of smaller dashlets. Access to dashlets may vary depending on your level of access to the platform. The level of access is determined by how you are working with Carter Wellington; resourcing, business development, as an individual or as a company or organisation.

The Activity Stream: Displays information about recent system activity within the platform that is relevant to you and/or your candidates.

My Candidates: Displays information about your most recently uploaded candidates.

Global Search: This allows you to enter a search term which will return results from all sections of the database. This is set to “contains” by default, so for example, entering “ell” (without the “s) will return “hello” or any other entries that contain “ell”.

Main Menu Bar Your primary navigation tool which we hope is self-explanatory. It is important to note that the menu items change depending on your role and level of access granted.

My Calendar An overview of your calendar including tasks and appointments.

My Activities: Displays upcoming events such as:

  • Meetings
  • Phone Calls
  • Tasks

Profile and Alerts: Easy access to reminders and notifications as well as your profile and preferences.

Remember The purpose of the Dashboard is to provide a quick overview of your day and your potential placements and income, and is for your eyes only. There is no manager monitoring your work, your pipeline, or your potential. Your responsibility is to your clients and/or your candidates, and this platform has been designed to assist you in managing these functions.
