Carter Wellington does not dictate the terms under which you agree to work with a company. While we provide the legal structure to the agreement, how much you charge and any terms for a rebate of fees are for you to negotiate and agree to.
When you have decided terms with a client, simply advise the following:
- Name of the Client. The name of the company or client that you are working with.
- The agreed fee structure. This could be a percentage of the successful candidate’s salary or salary package, or an agreed fee per placement.
- The guarantee/rebate policy. (if applicable)
